Healthy Cooking to Support Autoimmune Disorders is a cookbook for people who have eliminated foods from their diet that frequently cause immune system reactions. All recipes in this book are free from gluten, dairy, eggs, corn and soy.
In August 2009, I found out that I have hypothyroidism, and more specifically, an autoimmune disorder called Hashimoto's disease. In May 2010, I learned that my autoimmune disorder was really caused by the foods that I was eating. Through the process of changing my diet and repairing my health, I have looked for ways to make a restricted diet as tasty and creative as possible. This cookbook was developed to help inspire others who have similar dietary needs.
