This antipodean collaboration was not the brainchild of anyone, least of all the authors.
A casual commendation for a poem on the internet.
A polite reply.
Sending ‘Songs at Midnight’.
A daughter’s use of an internet site for presenting photographs. Imitated by her father.
The rest pure serendipity.
Like-minds encouraging each other.
Poems producing pictures.
Pictures producing poems.
Intended and, sometimes, unintended.
Constructive criticism becomes shared creation.
Creation begets inspiration…
of the poet to write…
of the picture man to photograph.
A challenge…a photograph a day…shared on the web.
The cover and three new picture poems in the first three weeks.
Two names, four letters, one single word.
