Tis the Season to be Jolly
Canny Canine Survival Strategies
by Susan Alison (and Monty and Rosie)
Some of us find the thought of The Jolly Season pretty terrifying - in this collection of 145 Susan Alison paintings we hope you can find some of the strength you need to bark at it until it surrenders.
We're not dogmatic in our approach, but you might pick up a hint or two that will help with such annual anxieties as how to show all the peace they're always going on about, and how to deal with unwanted visitors, and presents you forgot to buy...
This is not a book for rabbit lovers - you have been warned - we don't want any one getting upset because we love rabbits in a different way to the way they do...
This is a book that has cats in it - I know - have a lie down and dogitate about this until you feel better.
We know this is a major new thing (the cat thing) - but then, it IS a book about The Jolly Season and all that Peace stuff Monty's so keen on, so we have to show willing.
Monty and Rosie (with the occasional word or two from Susan - when she's allowed), once more bring you their combined wisdom on the subject in paw - that is - The Jolly old Jolly Season!
I paint mainly dogs and occasionally other non-dog subjects. Mainly I'm under the paw. Check out my Border Collies Monty and Rosie's blog for current artwork and for sources of my artwork on items such as t-shirts, greeting cards, coasters etc. It's at: www.MontyandRosie.blogspot.com
