I received a basic university education in Toronto and got my first taste of journalism at the college newspaper. From there I went to journalism school and it was off to Saskatchewan for two years where I worked at a couple of weekly newspapers. For the past 25 years I have worked at The Canadian Jewish News, first as a reporter and now as News and Internet editor.
