With great encouragement from friends and family I have begun to pursue the original artistic passions that fired my imagination as a boy and a young man, which had remained hitherto largely dormant and unfulfilled.

I have set myself no goal, destination, or deadline, other than to develop as a painter and to see where it will take me. This book is the first chapter of my adventure.
