Hamish Jacobs wanted to wear his uncle's kilt to his high school graduation. When he found out there was a policy against it, he asked for permission and it was denied. As a result, media attention spread like wildfire and the amount of support was phenomenal. Shorlty before graduation, the school board voted to let him wear the kilt.
