I love this book, the photograph of one of the kids tending the garden is the greatest one of all. La Phet Thote (pickled tea salad) is one of my favorite Burmese dishes and I'm happy to see the recipe here, something almost anyone would like to eat. Famous for a reason.

Great Job.

Yes, they sure are! Harish helped translate the recipes for me, and even cooked each one so I could watch and taste.

Are these dishes that the mothers make at the home for the kids? I always love the food there so much.
