In 2006 Adrian Barber, then a student photographer, talked to residents of Lowndes Estate in Bolton and asked them if he could photograph them watching the World Cup. He asked them about their lives, some of the problems they faced in life and their values on their community. Both the community and Bolton at Home were impressed with the resulting photo book so we have asked Adrian to return four years later - to see how life has changed on the estate, collect ideas and feedback about the area, photograph old faces and new, and to document a close knit community watching the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
