It is a collaboration between Thai restaurant owner, Assara Worrachatwittaya, and architectural photographer, Nanette Reid.
Both travel to many countries outside Thailand, and discovered that when visiting many Thai restaurants, the food didn't taste the same, mainly due to it being adapted for the particular country's palate.
As a result Assara decided to find a way to cook and keep the traditional taste, regardless of the ingredients used. The resulting recipes are easy to cook and traditional in taste and style.
