Having grown up watching how her two sisters struggled to make it in music industry, as solo artistes, she wanted to show viewers of this book that it is not as clear cut as most people may think. Getting up onstage and performing to an audience in their local Workingmen's Club is just a fraction of the amount of work that people actually get to see for themselves, but it's the hard work that's been put in prior to a gig that usually goes unnoticed and unappreciated.
