This book is an apocalyptic fairy tale which I wrote to accompany and explain this particular body of paintings. In it, the world is taken over by all the animals which humans traditionally exploit, such as rabbits, lambs and pack horses. They grow opposable thumbs and learn to take up arms against their oppressors, meaning us. It is told with a wry sense of humor and a soft touch, with an almost happy ending. I hope people enjoy it!
