Sallysalad: I rely on Adobe Photoshop to make a full-page jpeg image including sketches and text. That way you can position things wherever you think they look best, and use the full-page layout on Blurb. (I sketch the cartoons, scan them into photoshop, then refine them a bit and add colors. Would be happy to help more.
