A passion for equipping individuals and organizations to Step Beyond current limitations and get to the next level led Erin O’Donnell to provide services that help others uncover, hone, and execute their mission…successfully and profitably.

She has appeared in television and radio commercials, movies, and instructional videos. She is the current host of a network of internet community TV stations in central Ohio. She serves as the Communications Liaison for the Gahanna Area Chamber of Commerce in Gahanna, Ohio.

Her practicality enables her to take abstract concepts and make them concrete and applicable. Her drive for solutions enables her to help others transform themselves, their families, their businesses and their communities…equipping them to go a Step Beyond where they are todayand live their core purpose.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from The Ohio State University.
