Time is renewed each morning with the making of the beds and emptying of the trash. Personal clues are thrown away and each room is reset. Among the dented walls, dust and scratches an anonymous presence remains. It is the aura of time spent cheaply and privately. It is in this delicate cross-section of the personal and impersonal, the light and dark, that I find beauty and intrigue.
