R F Pennington has interspersed careers, degrees and certification in oil and gas well drilling, law enforcement, clinical medicine and counseling. R F has held full time ministry positions for twelve years and recently has worked in the area of Home Church/Church Planting.. He graduated from Sunset International Bible Institute and earned a Bachelors of Ministry from Theological University of America. For many years R F has focused on house church ministries and writing. R F and Dee make their empty nest in El Paso, Texas.
