My poetry moved me through the denial aspect of my cancer diagnoses and treatment. Each poem was a distraction from my reality. Many of the feelings expressed are universal to any type of cancer and it is my hope that my poems and photographs of me by my daughter, Renie, will encourage other's as they move through cancer treatment towards remission.
