Such a diverse book, recipes for everything from Shepard's Pie to Thai Fish Cakes to very uncommon and interesting dishes such as Whitebait Roulade back to classics like Tarte Tartin.
A life obviously well spent in the service of cooking for loved ones.
Beautiful and honest photography.
