Born in 1953 I have always lived in the area in which I now work with my cameras as a hobby. This area is known as The Delta and consists of a number of large islands which are now linked together with huge dams or bridges in order to prevent it from flooding like in 1953. It is a hugely fertile region in which farmers grow their crops. Since the summer of 2009 I started to follow some of them in their daily work.
