Corrugated iron was used to construct buildings of many types because it was an inexpensive material and buildings could be quickly erected.
Various types of buildings can be seen in the Highlands of Scotland, many still in use today.
Others can be seen around the UK.
This is a record of a selection of buildings some demolished since being photographed.

I am a fine art photographer working with a large format camera & traditional film materials. The large format camera gives me total control over the plane of focus through its ability to change the relationship between the lens and film plane. The large format negative ensures great detail in the image with excellent colour nuance.
As well as my textural landscape images other projects include disused petrol pumps, corrugated structures, tea/coffee caravans and allotment members with their DIY structures.
