Why is it that whenever there is something people are afraid of or do not understand, they react with hatred and violence?

The year was 1957, a time for renewal and a time for discovery. For Nathan, a young man ready to begin his life, it was this and so much more.

Forbidden is the classic tale of true love found and of ultimate tragedy. It explores the complexity of overcoming life’s obstacles for two young men discovering, not only themselves but each other as well; in a time where anything out of the ‘ordinary’ was dangerous.
