A Photographic Journey
by Gail and Russell Doihrmann
About the Book
Gail and Russell Dohrmann take you on their journey through the kingdom of Morocco photographing its ancient cities, its seacoast, and desert regions. The people of Morocco make this an exciting journey. Artisans, craftsmen, and people in their daily lives provide the real magic of any visit to Morocco.
While in Morocco they photographed in many of the medinas (ancient cities), slept in a Berber tent in the Sahara Desert, and traveled 1500 kilometers throughout the country. One of their favorite places to photograph was the kasbah of Oudaia with its blue and white buildings on the Atlantic coast near the capital city of Rabat .
