About the Book
Dodger, the rescued Paint horse, makes learning the meaning of words fun by telling a story through photos that illustrate highlighted words in unexpected ways. Unusual photographs reveal Dodger's unique perspective on the important things to him in his environment.

About the Creator
This book is a way to combine my graphic design experience, photography and desire to increase awareness of the magnificence of horses. Why? Because horses are much more than performance vehicles. They have much to teach us, showing us how to be fully present in each moment we're with them. They mirror us in ways we wish they didn't and challenge us to focus—gurus in half-ton bodies. Watch or participate in an equine-facilitated healing or learning class. You'll be amazed. Hippotherapy is on the rise because it works on many levels—not just physical—for sufferers of PTSD, MS, Cerebral Palsy, traumatic brain injuries and more. My horse, Dodger, is a great teacher for me. Little did I know when I rescued him what a journey it would be.
