What a valuable book! I wish I'd had 99 Tips To Get The Best Out of Redundancy earlier in my career. This is an easy-to-read manual has reams of valuable information, including how to build a winning mindset, tapping into the resources around you and managing your finances. Tips that are easy to put into practice and will definitely help you to negotiate the ups and downs of losing your job. I especially like the way the authors have focused on the emotional impact of redundancy. Caring for your emotional, mental and physical health is essential at such a crossroads. I know that being made redundant myself took me on a journey to a brighter future. It really was a blessing. By the time you've read this book, you may well realise that being made redundant was the push you've always been waiting for and you'll see it as an opportunity for growth. A great book you can dip in and out of - highly recommended.
