Kathy Sattem Rygg is children's book author and freelance editor. She earned her degree in Magazine Journalism from Iowa State University and worked in Corporate Marketing for several Fortune 500 Companies. She has also worked for the McGraw-Hill Companies' Business Publications Division in New York City and was the Editor-in-Chief of Women's Edition Magazine in Denver, CO. She is currently the Editor-in-Chief of the children's magazine knowonder! and lives in Omaha, NE with her husband and two children.
