About the Book
Joy Gower lives in Norwich where she works as a hypnotherapist, coach and trainer.
Are we a nation who relies on others to help us get better? Do we think others should make us feel one way or another, and have we lost the art of taking responsibility for our own actions and behaviours?
What inspired Joy to write this book is the belief that many people have that someone can ‘make’ them better. Perhaps celebrity therapists give the idea that we can be the person we want to be by their magic.
Joy explores the possibility of each of us empowering ourselves given the right information on how to do it. Many of us need a map to find the right direction. This book shows you how to stop relying on others to make us thin, rich or more confident and deals with positive ways of changing your behaviours. We all have the ability to create success, whatever it would mean. It is the belief in the ability to create change that makes us successful. If we rely on others all the time, we easily fall back into our old ways.
It’s an Open Secret gives you the information you need to stop looking for miracles from other sources and find them within yourself.
