About the Creator
Anthony Vigorito
Brooklyn, New York, US
Anthony, a life-long Brooklynite was born in 1948. He attended St. Athanasius Elementary School, Lafayette High School, SUNY Fredonia, and Brooklyn College, and has recently retired from the Department of Education after having served 30 years as a special education teacher. Anthony was mentored by and worked closely with Ken Siegelman, Brooklyn's third Poet Laureate until his passing in June of 2009. Anthony lives with his wife Ann in Windsor Terrace, and is currently working on his second collection of poems.
