Nothing but photographs of the streets of Acapulco taken January 2006 and Febuary 2011 by photography duo Stephen and Sandra Copel-Parsons.

Photographs of the hotels, pools, beaches, restaurants, parks, gardens, and other tourist locations associated with downtown Acapulco. Multiple images of such noted locations as the restaurant Su Casa, Playa Condesa beach, backstreets and shops of old Acapulco including the zocalo and La Quedabra areas.

About the Author

Stephen Copel
scopel Attleboro, Massachusetts
An artist and musician with degrees from Boston Museum School, Nova Scotia College Art and Design, Rensselear Polytechnic, and Bridgewater State College; for thirty five years I have worked in both traditional folk arts and modern electronic art (video, performance art, installation art, electronic sound arts) as well as folk music and electronic music. I served 9 years as technical director of RISD and 6 years as a technical theater director at UMASS system. My wife Sandy is a photographer as well and together we shoot occasional events. I have been a guitarist for 35 years at present but have moved to dobro, lapsteel, and other slide instruments over the past 15 years, mixing my acoustic music with my knowledge of electronic music to create a hybred of my own.
