Little Neville was a young boy with an orange for a head.
When I asked him how he got it, he just smiled at me and said...
Some days, even a walk to school can turn out to be an amazing adventure...
Meet Neville, the boy with an orange for a head, and his friend Zachary, as Neville retells the tale of how he got an orange for a head.
Hi There! - Three years ago my son was born and since then I have endevoured to write my own bedtime stories to read to him. I have always been a fan of the more traditional faery tales, rather than their modern day equivalents, and I set about creating new tales with Robots (he likes Robots!) since they didn't feature much two hundred years ago. And www.grimrobots.com was born. A place of traditional faery tales, with Robots.
A little later I read 'The Ode Within' by Stephen Fry, which opened my eyes to the world of poetry, something clicked, and here I am on Blurb with offerings of my work.
I mostly work on these during my lunch hour, so things move at a very steady pace, but it keeps me happy - and maybe you too, but mostly my son, which is the whole point.
Thanks for looking.
Nelson.

I bought this book for my 5-year-old nephew, and he was delighted with it. He had a go at reading it immediately, although I don't think he grasped the perfect rhythm of the well-thought-out verse! In any case, he certainly loved the premise of the story, the colourful characters and excellent illustration, and then he got to enjoy it all over again when his dad read it to him that night as a bedtime story. Excellent!
