An overview of Himal Race 2010, a running race of 850km starting from Mt Kailash (Tibet) to the Annapurnas areas (Nepal).

This book is composed of pictures taken during the race, texts written by Bruno Poirier (race coordinator) and many extracts from 2 books: "The Way of the White Clouds" of Anagarika Govinda and "The Snow Leopard" of Peter Matthiessen.
