This is the first release of a collection of cartoons by Alaskan artist and cartoonist David M. Booth. Mr. Booth is the official cartoonist for Polar Bears International, and donates his work to many non-profit organizations that deal with Polar Bears, endangered species, and the environment. The cartoons are single frame, very colorful and thought provoking, often very insightful. Although the plight of the polar bears is not a humorous subject, it is the philosophy of the author that cartoons can accomplish so much more than "doom & gloom" dialogue, and that humor is not only good for the soul, but healing.
The book aslo contains beautiful exclusive polar bear photos, everything one needs to know about polar bears, and even a polar bear crossword puzzle.
