Growing up in Brooklyn as an Italian, I was brought up with wonderful Italian dishes prepared by my grandmother and mother. My Aunt Ada loved to bake and shared recipes from my grandmother that I treasure;
which accounts for my love of cooking and baking.
I enjoyed teaching baking in adult education and also cooking with children K-6.
