About the Book
As long I can remember I have always been busy in the darkroom to make collage's, hand painted darkroom prints, or in-camera double exposures.
In 1989, even before Photoshop was born, I had the chance to explore the first Graphic Paintbox. From that moment on I started to combine all the tools I had in my Mixed Media work.
It was a good thing next to the slick advertising work and my analogue photography, which I still do until today.
The mixed media I create at this moment is in basic traditional. I make photos, small sketches or paintings and through scanning they become one. I use Photoshop to finalize the work.
But of course I also paint and use everything I can to lay my hand on and mix it with oil or Acrylic. Over the years I created a lot of work, however this book only shows the last four year period.
