We travel to Sulawesi, where a small Christian People live high in the mountains of Torajaland. There they live according to traditions that go back many centuries. 10-year old Subaedah is confronted with the prospect of losing her very best friend to the ways of the town. Through her grandmother's guidance the girl learns that tolerance is the way to personal peace. The photography highlights the beauty of the country and the people.
