A trip to Europe invariably results in countless photographs of castles, cathedrals, and great museums. Every tourist takes those pictures. My trip to Germany and the Netherlands in the summer of 2010 was no different. But, it also generated images of smaller overlooked things not found in the guide books. These images tend to be more personal and give some insight into the unique aspects of a photographer's vision.
