This book was originally created in 1970 when a family member had a severe allergy to eggs. Country recipes were gathered together and a hand printed book was created, then sold with the proceeds going to missions.
This is now being done all over again a little more hitech, with measurements updated into metric and any proceeds now also going to missions to honor the original intention by our mum, Phyllis Thomas..
