David worked for CMS from 2004 where he created a number of drama education advocacy projects for schools, such as Child Soldier (05), The Fashion Plays (06), Free For All (07), and World To Rights (08). In October 2009 David set up Scene Change Theatre Company and created a TIE project for 2010 on the environment called Down to Earth. In 2010 David completed an MA in Applied Drama at Goldsmiths College, University of London. Currently David is touring a new Scene Change Theatre project for 2011 called The King's Quest, looking at the history and impact of the King James Bible on british culture. This summer term David is setting up a new Scene Change Theatre Performing Arts School Project in Kingston upon Thames with Studyscool. In addition to David's work with Scene Change Theatre he also works as a freelance drama practitioner, which includes being a workshop leader for tender using drama to explore issues around domestic abuse. David is married to Irfana and has two children.
