Edelman Projects Presents is a new initiative at CEG that will showcase work we really love that is outside the photographic medium. Our first show features the eccentric realities of Wisconsin based painter Fred Stonehouse, whose new work centers around the story of Marsh Baby, a recent character in his imaginary world and the self-contained video pieces of Washington, D.C. based artist Tim Tate, whose works blend the craft of cast glass with new media technologies. In Tate’s newest electronic reliquaries he addresses the 21st c. sideshow, incorporating circus banners, cast figures and videos from traveling shows.
