This book is a memoir of childhood on Sefton Avenue in the Hamilton neighborhood in Baltimore, Maryland. It covers the magical time of early childhood in the 1950s in an Italian immigrant family. My experiences growing up in a Catholic school system are also chronicled.
The book ends when the family joins the post-WWII migration to the new suburbs that were springing up all over the United States.
