About the Book
With the mountains, lakes, and forests of Asia as a backdrop this monograph explores notions of the sublime relative to my own travel experiences through some of the high altitude regions of Southeast Asia and the Eastern Himalayas.
Many of my journeys incorporate significant periods in mountain locations. Here I present a selection of my best images from these places along with classic essays by Immanuel Kant and Ralph Waldo Emerson.
