About the Book
Black and White Photographs of headstones at local cemeteries in Northern California.
Now that I have been retired for four years, I have kept busy with my photography! I used a Konica camera in the 60's and 70's - used film of course and had my own darkroom. My hunger to capture artistic photos began then. My favorite photographer is Dorthea Lange.... Ansel Adams a close second! Even though my passion has always been great black and white photos, I have learned to love all types of digital photography and I try my hand at hdr, low key, high key, compositing, portraiture, and street photography. I am currently using a Nikon D600 and I love it!. I shoot in raw and edit my photos in Photoshop CS6 Extended. This is my fourth photo book and like before I had a great time creating it on Blurb! This is a wonderful website to create professional looking photobooks and I recommend Blurb to my friends.
