(Artist Book, 124 pages, full size images, 11x13 inch/28x33 cm) ARCHIVE MIRROR is based on anonymous and deteriorated b/w negatives from the Cold War Era discovered by Burkhard von Harder in 2010 on the territory of the former USSR.The book stretches the idea of the negative; an idea that is carried further by mirroring each inversed image. Another intention is to transcend photography by suggesting the notion of space while creating the sense of a closed society caught in itself.

The British six month periodical PHOTOWORKS dedicated the cover story of its spring/summer issue 2012 (#18) to ARCHIVE MIRROR.
