I have been thinking about time – the length of it. And I have been thinking about metadata: metafictions, metaphysics, metaphors… I wonder, “How does the structure, the metadata of what we believe, and what we experience interact to form a pattern that is sometimes tragic, or sometimes inspiring, or something entirely different?" With that notion, I decided that it was about time that I wrote another story. So, I threw some fictitious stuff into a mix of letters to the future, to read what would happen. Within this grand experiment, you will find an illustrated futuristic fiction, about a man named Lázaro, who lives in a metropolis. He is on his way to a masquerade.
