Living Intentionally: A short and sweet guide on how to live a healthy, happy and harmonious life will give you the basic tools you need to begin living a life worth living. It will teach you how to get out of the daily monotony of life and into experiencing an exciting, energizing and purposeful life. One in which your thoughts, words and actions not only create positive moments for you but also help you connect and contribute to the greater good.
The book guides you through learning the basics of creating a healthy, happy and harmonious life and then explores, on a deeper level, issues related to your own soul’s purpose and the connections between you, your family, community and our planet.
