This full color book contains a collection of over 20 Locus Series works. This series, which formed the basis of Matthew Ballou's BFA Thesis show at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, were created between 1999 and 2001. Two short essays - one written in September of 2001 and the other in July of 2011 frame the work and discuss the artist's intention for the work.
