This book is based on a true story that took place when I worked at a company in San Ramon, California. The company had two lakes and walking trails. There was a big white goose that we named Nana who made her home there. The Canada geese would fly in each year and one year a goose was born with turned-in feet and stunted wings who was adopted by Nana. This is their story.
