About the Book
This study intends to improve the livelihood of the elderly through architecture and the built environment. In studying the changes that occur in the human mind throughout the aging process, along with increasing physical limitations and how one’s immediate surroundings affect this process, this study will contrive an improved method of design for residential communities to help alleviate some of the difficulties burdening the aging population in this country.
