It is important that you know that this is not truly a novel. This is an unfinished foundation, the messy beginning of what may, with time, become beautiful. The Voices [Unedited] is only the first draft of many to be created and torn apart, aged and transformed into a much more stable and complex, brilliant piece of art.
This is a timeline, an image, an uncomfortable reminder of sounds--those that have been, and those that were imagined. The surrounding text is but scenery--simple words and repetitions that scream out that this is not a piece of beauty at all. In this way, it may be a failed attempt at literature, but to have written the sentences of this story beautifully would have been foolish.
The Voices [Unedited] is a story of frailty, of innocence, of ignorance, of corruption, of darkness, of madness, a soft and simply worded piece that it certainly disturbing.
