About the Book
What started off as a hobby for Chris Thomsen transformed itself into an enlightening culinary journey. No stranger to the kitchen, Chris eagerly seized an opportunity to demonstrate his creativity and uncanny ability to dazzle even the most refined and complex palettes. Making the most of his culinary instruction and first-hand cooking experience, Chris has carefully pieced together a wonderful collection of recipes that contain everything from steak and seafood, to more health conscious dishes containing fruits and vegetables. In addition to devising meals inspired from some of his personal favorite recipes, Chris also created many of his own dishes from pure imagination.
