Click to preview Grandma's Zongzi photo book

When I asked my Grandma to teach me how to make zongzi, I was just as surprised as she was. My curiosity could not be explained. Until this year, I had little interest in the batches of zongzi she made for the Tuen Ng (Dragon Boat) Festival. During the arduous two days of work, I not only deepened my love for this cultural art, but also for my dear Grandma. The beautiful tradition and memory should be preserved. This book is the result of all the photos and notes that I took during the process. It includes step-by-step photos and instructions, ingredients, and techniques of making zongzi.

I bought this book and followed the described method with good results. These zongzi were quite good (better than what I buy in the market, by far), and I hope they would have pleased Miss Li's grandmother.

Thank you for making this book available. I feel confident to make these again, and certainly will, since my children like them so much.
