About the Book
When I asked my Grandma to teach me how to make zongzi, I was just as surprised as she was. My curiosity could not be explained. Until this year, I had little interest in the batches of zongzi she made for the Tuen Ng (Dragon Boat) Festival. During the arduous two days of work, I not only deepened my love for this cultural art, but also for my dear Grandma. The beautiful tradition and memory should be preserved. This book is the result of all the photos and notes that I took during the process. It includes step-by-step photos and instructions, ingredients, and techniques of making zongzi.
